  • Rice..1glass


  • Urad dal..1/2glass


  • Salt..1tsp for idlis Jaggery powder..1tsp


  • Methi dana..1/2tsp


  • Chop onion..2


  • Chop garlic..1/4tsp


  • tomato puree..1/2cup


  • salt..1tsp


  • Red chilli powder..1/4tsp


  • Turmeric..1/4tsp


  • Kurkure..1cup


  • Grated fresh coconut..2tsp

Directions

  • Take a dal and rice washed and soaked at 1 day.
  • After 1 day take a grinder jar put dal,rice,salt and jaggery powder grind well and keep inside for fermentation.
  • After fermentation make a idli for idli stand.
  • Take a idli and cut in pcs.
  • Take a wok add oil and mustard seeds then add garlic and onion saute for 2 minutes add tomato puree and all masala mix well add idli pcs and mix well.
  • Cook at 2 minutes .
